Changing your subscription
When you apply for the student travel product at DUO, you choose a weekly or weekendabonnement. Would you prefer to switch subscriptions later anyway? That is possible. You can change subscriptions via My DUO.
Important: from May 1 to August 25, you cannot change your subscription. In addition, you may change a maximum of 2 times per calendar year, but not 2 times within 2 months.
Subscription pick-up
- After your request is processed, your new subscription will be ready within 5 business days.
- Pick up your subscription within 6 weeks, then your application will expire. Use the service point locator to find a pick-up machine near you.
- Right after you pick up your new season ticket, you can travel with it.
