Everything you need to know about the cancelling your student travel product
Are you no longer entitled to the student travel product? Then you have to cancel it yourself and on time. You have up to the tenth day of the month in which you are no longer entitled to your student travel product to cancel it. Please note that you may no longer use it from the first day of that month.
Example: if August is the last month in which you are entitled to the student travel product, you must cancel your student travel product no later than September 10.
How do I stop my student travel product?
- Find a pick-up machine near you with the "student travel product pick-up or cancel" service.
- At this pick-up machine , hold your card in front of the reader (NS pickuppick-up machine) or insert it into the card slot (other machines).
- Select "cancel products" (NS pick-uppick-up machine), or "More" and then "cancel products" (other machines).
- Follow the instructions on the screen
