Ensure that your claim is not rejected immediately

When assessing your request, we will check whether the costs you have reported have actually been incurred. To prove that you have incurred the travel expenses you have claimed, you will need a statement of account from OVpay. You can find out how to create a statement of account from OVpay on the OV-chipkaart.nl website.

If your supporting document only contains a statement from OVpay or a bank statement, we will unfortunately be unable to process your application.
