You may cancel your student travel product only through an Application cancel student travel product if you are not reasonably able to stop your student travel product at a pick-up machine on time yourself or ask someone else to do it for you.
Is your card lost, stolen or defective?
If your card is lost, stolen or defective and submit an Application cancel student travel product, you are required to report your old card lost, stolen or sent in as defective/broken.
What is my quit date?
A discontinuation cannot be undone. Should you wish to use the student travel product again, you can reapply for the student travel product from DUO. This can be done as soon as DUO has processed the termination date. Check this first by logging in to My DUO.
